Market report: New Construction Apartment Prices 2023 in Vienna and Lower Austria.

In Vienna, the price development of apartments on offer (in euros)* Apartments on offer showed a continuous upward trend from March 2022 (€6.420/m2) to January 2023 (€7.423/m2). Since the beginning of 2023, however, a downward trend has been evident. Thus, prices stood at €7.171/m2 in March 2023. The price increase in the period from March 2022 to March 2023 amounts to around 12%.
In Lower Austria, the price increase of apartments on offer in the period March 2022 at 3.800 €/m2 to March 2023 at 4.236 €/m2 is about 11%. While there was a slight downward trend from October 2022 to January 2023, prices have risen significantly again since the beginning of the year.
