Rea Estate days IIR- hotel properties conference

On February 28, 2017, Ms. Vera Skala, MBA, managing partner of Austria Real GmbH, held a keynote at IIR 11th Annual Hotel Real Estate Forum on the topic: "Who invests in Austria? Asia, Russia, North America, Europe: where does the money come from and which projects are in demand?”

The hotel real estate investment volume reached a record level of €711m in 2016, triple that of 2015

Reason: large trophy transactions such as Hilton Vienna, Hotel Imperial and portfolio deals from Accor, Invesco and UBM 

Origin of investment: mostly foreign investors from different countries
