The historic building from 1895 has an excellent location.
The façade is thought out to the smallest detail, with neo-Baroque decor, floral patterns and mascarons. The very light stairwell and entrance are decorated with beautiful stucco, painted tiles and wrought iron railings with wooden railings.
The original hinged doors of the old building have been preserved. The vacancy and already approved potential of the attic floor should also be emphasized. The pedestrianized area of the old town of Mödling with many bars and shops is right in front of the building. A small cobbled Kirchengasse leads to the parish church of St. Othmar.
